Lintel / Block Step

Raw Blocks are often used for carving to make statues and monuments and for sawing into slabs or tiles by cutter or gang saw. Sandstone

"Raw blocks of sandstone” are of fine quality out of which beautiful and elegant pieces of artefacts are crafted out which are unique and have magnificent charisma. Sandstone blocks and hand-dressed pieces have found much of a market for exterior veneering. The export of natural and calibrated as well as polished and calibrated sandstone blocks have increased in geometric progression. These stone blocks are used for exterior cladding in a sizable quantity. Rough, weathered sandstone blocks and boulders (fieldstone) have been used for years as facing stone on homes and other buildings, and to build other structures such as fireplaces, walls and walkways.
